Processing Time
Standard orders: It typically take 5–8 business days to process orders. During high-demand periods (e.g., holiday seasons, inventory restocking), processing may extend to 7–12 business days.
Pre-orders: If a product is out of stock, it will switch to pre-order status. Pre-orders require 15–30 business days for crafting and delivery.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to this extended processing time. We appreciate your patience as each piece is handcrafted with care. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together once all items are ready. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please consider placing separate orders.
Order Modifications & Cancellations:
Standard orders: Cancel or modify within 48 hours of purchase.
Pre-orders: Cancel or modify within 5 days of purchase.
Contact us via help@woorai.com with your order number and recipient name, and we'll reverse your orders in 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

Shipping for U.S. & Canada
Shipping Time: Most orders arrive in 5-8 business days, depending on where you live. Orders shipped to USPS-designated remote areas, U.S. territories, and Puerto Rico may take up to 14 business days.
Shipping to other supported areas:
Shipping Time: 10-14 business days, depending on local customs processing.
For Customers in these countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
- Orders under €150 / £135: VAT is collected directly at checkout. The total amount you pay includes all applicable taxes, so you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
- Orders over €150 / £135: VAT and customs duties are not included in your checkout total. These fees will be assessed by your local customs authority and must be paid by you upon delivery to receive your package.
We also ship to these countries: Australia Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.
- We do not collect VAT at checkout. However, customers may be responsible for paying local VAT, Customs Duties, or other applicable fees upon delivery. Please check your local regulations for details.
Something's Wrong?
Lost Packages: If your package is lost due to a carrier issue or hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks, please reach out to us via support or email. We'll either reship it or issue a refund. If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier , we consider it successfully delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for porch theft or packages lost after delivery. To ensure the safety of your order, please provide a secure delivery location.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us at help@woorai.com within 72 hours of receiving, including photos of the damage. We’ll make things right with a refund or replacement.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an address error (e.g., incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable), we offer two options:
- Reship: Pay a new shipping fee to have the order sent out again.
- Refund: Receive a refund for the item's price, minus the original shipping cost.
